I actually managed to be organized early this year! I made up some little milk carton crates for My daughters teachers. I’ve always wanted to make these and never got round to them, so it was a perfect opportunity.

I made them into little Hot Chocolate kits. I put in mini marshmallows, hot chocolate powder, mini biscuits and some celebration choccies. It’s amazing how much you can pack into the little cartons.

For the Kindy teachers I made up some little boxes with chocolates using the Fancy Favor Box Die. I used the new Mocha Morning Specialty DSP, this paper is just gorgeous and they come up so cute.

Here’s the card I made for the Kindy

Can you believe I’ve managed to complete two challenges this week?? I can’t quite believe it myself lol.

This weeks colors over at Keesh’s blog are

and here is my card this week:

I just love this little butterfly from the sale-a-bration set. And I’ve used the boho blossoms punch to make the flowers.

If you’d like to participate or see everyone’s creations head on over to Makeesha’s challenge blog.

Hopefully I can keep up the challenges without such a big break in between.

Till next time

My Goodness! I thought with my little man in kindy this year I would have so much more time to blog…..seems not to be the case lol. I have checked out the challenges every week and promised myself some time to participate but somehow the time just escapes me.

But I have finally sat down for what seems a long time coming and had a chance to stamp. The color challenge this week is just so sweet so how could I resist!

I’ve used one of my new stamp sets which I absolutely love! It’s a great one to use with our markers. I also used the new decorative label punch – isn’t it just stunning!

Well I hope you like it. If you’d like to join in the fun, and or see all the other creations this week head on over to JAI. Don’t forget to leave some comments, as we all love them.

Thanks for stopping by

xx

Take care guys

Well this year sure hit the ground running. I think I’m only now just starting to catch my breath. My little man started Kindy this term, he’s growing up too fast.

So I’ve finally been able to grab a moment or two to do a challenge. I realised when I sat down how long it had been since I last stamped. Wow, it was like getting on a bike after years of not riding, I almost had no idea where to start!! So I ended up making two cards, neither which I’m overly impressed with, but it’s a start.

The challenge this week:

Confession time, I didn’t actually have any river rock so I substituted it with Crumb Cake….hope no one minds :D

Here are my two cards:

As you can see I kept them VERY simple.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope to be doing more challenges and blogging from now on, fingers crossed. Head on over to JAI to check out all the other lovely creations!
